• Apply generously to clean, dry skin as the final step of your morning skincare routine before sun exposure.
• Dispense an adequate amount of sunscreen and spread it evenly over all exposed areas, including the face, neck, arms, hands, and other parts of the body.
• Gently massage the sunscreen into the skin using smooth, circular motions until it is completely absorbed without leaving an uneven layer.
• Apply at least 15–20 minutes before going outdoors to allow the sunscreen to form an effective protective barrier against UVA and UVB rays.
• Pay extra attention to areas that receive the most sun exposure, such as the face, ears, neck, shoulders, and hands.
• Reapply every 2 hours during prolonged outdoor activities, and immediately after swimming, excessive sweating, or towel drying.
• Use daily, even on cloudy days or while indoors near windows, as UV rays can penetrate clouds and glass.
• For enhanced skin protection and a brighter-looking complexion, use sunscreen consistently as part of your daily skincare routine.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
