How to Use :

1. 
   Start with clean skin and complete your skincare routine. Apply sunscreen as the last step of your morning skincare (before makeup, if you wear it).
   
2. 
   Apply generously to your face, neck, ears, and any other exposed areas. For your face and neck, use approximately the two-finger rule for adequate protection.
   
3. 
   Wait 15–20 minutes before going outdoors so the sunscreen can form an even protective layer.
   
4. 
   Reapply every 2 hours during prolonged sun exposure, and immediately after swimming, heavy sweating, or towel drying.
   
5. 
   Use daily, even on cloudy days or while indoors near windows, as UVA rays can still reach your skin.
   
6. 
   Avoid contact with your eyes. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and discontinue use if irritation persists.

  Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher for everyday protection.
  
• 
  Wear protective clothing, sunglasses, and seek shade during peak sunlight hours (10 AM–4 PM) for maximum sun protection.

  Sunscreen helps protect against UV damage but does not provide 100% protection, so combine it with other sun-safe practices.
