• Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips for 2–3 minutes to create a rich lather and effectively remove dirt, excess oil, and product buildup.
• Work the lather through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair without rubbing aggressively to help protect the hair from unnecessary breakage.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water until all shampoo is completely removed from your hair and scalp.
• Repeat the cleansing process if needed, especially if your hair has excess oil, heavy styling products, or buildup.
