Shipping system i think should improve a little..customer should get a msg which should tell the estimated arrival time of rider so that customer have in mind that at around particular time he will be receiving the order,because in my case rider will call directly after reaching at destination and i couldn't pick up the call and the rider had to come again other day and also delivery delayed..overall product delivered and packing was satisfactory
